The gap

They can find you. They just don't choose you.

Nobody walks past your window anymore.
They search. They scroll. They choose.

What we run

One team for the whole path to the table.

Most agencies sell one slice and leave you to coordinate the rest. Elevaro runs the site, the listing, the reviews and the social as one system.

Who we serve

Built for restaurants. Useful elsewhere.

Most of our book is hospitality, and it shows in the work. The same playbook travels.

How it works

The windows we actually quote.

These are the windows we quote on the phone, not the ones that sound good in a pitch deck.

  1. 1

    Week 1

    Audit and kickoff

We photograph or collect your assets, audit every listing and review, and show you the gaps before we build.

  2. 2

    Weeks 2–3

    Site and profile launch

Your new website goes live and your Google Business Profile is rebuilt properly — hours, photos, categories, products.

  3. 3

    Month 1

    Review velocity picks up

Every review gets a reply. Generation campaigns start with guests who already love you.

  4. 4

    Day 60–90

    Rankings move, then compound

Local SEO shows measurable ranking movement in this window and keeps building. You see it in the portal.

From the floor

In their words — from the floor.

Owners we work with, in the words they left on Google after launch.

We went from buried on page two to holding the map pack. Friday nights are full again and every review gets a reply the same day.

The new site finally looks like the work we do. Quote requests come through clean — no more chasing people who found us on a dead PDF.

Tourists search ‘cafe near me’ and we show up. Orders and walk-ins both jumped once the listing and site matched what we actually serve.

Straight answers

Questions we already answered.

The same answers we give on the phone, in the same words.

01What does Elevaro actually do?

We build and manage the online presence of local businesses — websites, local SEO, Google Business Profiles, review and reputation management, social media, content and e-commerce. Everything is delivered by specialists and tracked in one client portal.

02Do you only work with restaurants?

Restaurants are most of our book and where our playbook is sharpest, but the same system works for local services, healthcare, beauty, retail and professional firms.

03How does pricing work?

Plans are priced per location per month. You can pick individual services or bundle them in a Growth, Scale, or Enterprise package for a lower combined rate. The numbers are on the pricing page — no discovery call required.

04Why not just hire someone in-house?

You get a full specialist team — web, SEO, reputation, content — for less than one hire, with public pricing, a defined 12-month agreement instead of an open-ended retainer, and a portal where every deliverable, report and invoice is visible. No black box.

05How long until we see results?

Websites and profiles launch in two to three weeks. Review velocity typically starts in month one. Ranking movement for local SEO is usually visible in the 60–90 day window.

06Can you help with bad reviews we already have?

In most cases, yes. We respond professionally to existing negative reviews, dispute those that violate platform policies, and put a system in place so the next ones are asked for, posted, and replied to on time. What we won't do is fake reviews or promise guaranteed removals.

07How long is the agreement?

Standard agreements run 12 months, which is the honest window for SEO and reputation work to compound. Cancellation terms are stated plainly in your agreement at checkout — no surprise clauses.

08Who owns the website and the Google listing?

You do. It is your domain, your content and your Google listing. We are the operators, not the owners.
